What You’ll Do (The Role):
As a critical supervisor on our marketing team, you won’t just manage—you will inspire. You will be responsible for building and guiding a high-energy team of door-to-door lead generators.
- Recruit & Build: Help source, interview, and onboard a stellar team of field marketers.
- Train & Coach: Lead by example, training your team on proven field-marketing and communication strategies.
- Motivate & Drive Results: Keep team morale high, tracking daily performance to ensure company and personal targets are smashed.
- Manage Operations: Efficiently coordinate territories, track time management, and schedule to maximize team success.

What We Are Looking For:
- A professional appearance and an enthusiastic, infectious positive attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and advanced problem-solving abilities.
- A valid Driver’s License (Required).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous sales, canvassing, or lawn care industry experience is a massive plus, but not required—we train the right people!

- Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
