Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing independent pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting pharmacists and ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medications to patients. Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
- Manage insurance billing, prior authorizations, and third-party claim resolution.
- Communicate with patients, prescribers, and healthcare offices regarding prescription needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all state and federal regulations.
- Provide excellent patient service by taking phone calls or making phone calls to customers and greeting the customers and assisting them with needs as they are in the store
- Participate in stocking medications, cleaning the store front, cashiering, etc.
- Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
- Assist with day-to-day pharmacy operations and workflow management

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
