The Role: Washing and Striping Operations Manager to lead our day to day jobs in Houston, TX. Paid weekly, with health benefits, and rare and generous room for salary increase as the company grows and your responsibility grows. The goal of this role is to be the boots on the ground manager of the property washing and striping sector of the company, and eventually become in charge of multiple employees by Year 2. We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience in a similar space (exterior maintenance, construction, cleaning), and someone who is looking to plant their roots in a family that genuinely will take care of them and wants to see them stay for a long time. Duties
Initial Duties (Year 1):
- Lead pressure washing, window cleaning/washing and striping projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations, conducting regular safety training sessions and inspections
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement needs to ensure smooth operations
- Implement best practices for sanitation, industrial cleaning, and janitorial procedures across all projects
Projected Year 2+ Duties:
- All Year 1 duties, plus coordinate more jobs, be more client facing, and manage a Team of Employees.
- Salary increase by $5K- $10K per year

Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising industrial cleaning operations or commercial cleaning teams with a focus on pressure washing or striping services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively while promoting teamwork and accountability
- Excellent communication skills for managerial interactions, customer service engagements, and safety briefings
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial cleaning equipment and procedures
- Background in custodial services, sanitation management, or hospitality housekeeping is highly desirable
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in team supervision, management, or janitorial work with a focus on cleanliness standards
