Courtesy Officer | Member Services & Hospitality
The Fort Worth Club | Fort Worth, Texas
Full Time | Multiple Shifts Available
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour + Benefits, Employee Meals, and 401(k) Match
Are you someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and creating exceptional experiences? The Fort Worth Club is seeking professional, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Courtesy Officers.
The Courtesy Officer is often one of the first and last employees Members, Guests, and Tenants encounter. This individual serves as an ambassador of The Fort Worth Club by providing exceptional hospitality, exercising sound judgment, assisting with building operations, and maintaining a visible presence throughout our historic Club Building, Tower building, and Parking Garage facilities.
This is not a traditional guard position. Courtesy Officers combine hospitality, member service, building awareness, and emergency preparedness to help create an exceptional Club experience.
