We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Experience Coordinator who enjoys creating meaningful first impressions and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. As the first and last person our clients interact with, you'll play an important role in delivering the level of service we're known for.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
- Check guests in and out while ensuring a seamless appointment experience
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and appointment inquiries
- Assist clients with booking, rescheduling, and general questions
- Process payments and balance the cash drawer at the end of the day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and reception area
- Complete daily reports and administrative tasks
- Support the salon team to help ensure each day runs efficiently

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Reception or hospitality experience preferred
- Salon or spa experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person
- Comfortable learning new software and technology
Schedule
Part-Time
- Wednesday–Friday: 9:30 AM – Close
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – Close
- Saturday availability is required.
