Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver both pull-out and push-in services, adapting to each child’s unique requirements
- Work closely with another special education teacher to manage a shared caseload
- Assess students’ strengths, needs, and progress, documenting growth and areas needing additional support
- Communicate regularly with families, sharing updates and strategies to support student learning at home
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative decision-making processes
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all learners
