What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the jobsite start-to-finish: arrive early, confirm plan, lead the crew, maintain safety/quality standards, solve problems fast.
- Main Job Site Point of Contact: Coordinate with inside team, crew and homeowner. Answer any homeowner questions, concerns throughout the day. Make a friend and ensure a positive experience for the customer.
- Protect the property + keep it clean: protect landscaping/home, keep the site sharp all day, and ensure everything is fully clean before leaving.
- Quality Control & Documentation: Ensure everything is done to our company standards following the Build Day Checklist, take/lable required photos, submit final job closeout report.
- Material runs when needed: get what’s missing so the job stays on track
- Close out the job: final walkthrough + signoff, collectfinal payment same day, generate Google reviews.
- Introduction to the Neighbors: Talk to the neighbors, let them know what’s going on and help set estimate appointments when appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years as a roofing installer or similar trade (Preferred)
- Experience in a customer service / customer facing role
- Experience as a manager, superintendent, supervisor, foreman, or crew leader
- Fluent in English & Spanish (Ideally)
- Comfortable using basic CRM functions
Compensation & Growth
- $65,000/year starting base salary ($1,250 per week)
- Reach $85,000 base salary within 2 years
- Clear Growth Path: The project manger role has a clear path to move up and grow into positions earning $100K+
- Bonuses: Earn significant bonuses based on how many 5 star review you gets

- Bonus Opportunities: Earn 3% Commission on revenue generated after setting estimate appointments with neighbors. (Extra $10K to $30K per year)
