Door-to-Door Canvasser – Windows & Roofing
We are looking for motivated, outgoing canvassers to join our team and generate appointments for homeowners interested in replacement windows and roofing.
This is a door-to-door appointment-setting position — NOT sales. Your job is to speak with homeowners, create interest, and schedule a free estimate with our sales team. You do not need to sell or close the homeowner.
What You’ll Do
- Knock doors in assigned residential neighborhoods
- Speak directly with homeowners about windows and roofing
- Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments
- Accurately collect homeowner and appointment information
- Represent the company professionally
- Work consistently toward daily and weekly appointment goals
What We’re Looking For
- Confident and comfortable talking to people
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Reliable and consistent
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
- Door-to-door or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
High earning potential based on performance.
Canvassers are rewarded for generating quality appointments that turn into opportunities for our sales team. Top performers have significant earning potential.

Pay: $51,923.39 - $100,000.00 per year
