The goal of the Stone Setting Support Specialist is to make sure that all work received into the Department is verified and accurate before being put on the Stone Setting floor so that once a team receives it they can work on that job without having any problems or confusion.

Requires knowledge of the production process.

Includes scheduling and distributing HIYW batches.

Includes communicating special instructions within the department.

Includes communicating special instructions with other departments.

Includes requisitioning parts and materials as appropriate.

Includes routing batches to appropriate departments for production requirements.

Must be familiar with Oracle for navigating for research, Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation to identify trends.

Responsible for communicating with Sales on order issues that affect stone and product configuration.

Strict adherence to detail.
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
-
3 or more years experience in field or a related field
