Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Industrial Mechanic to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using schematics, blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose problems accurately.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to assess system performance.
- Conduct electrical diagnostics on low voltage and high voltage systems; perform electrical repairs with safety compliance in mind.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Support field service operations by performing repairs on-site at various manufacturing facilities or customer locations as needed.
- Operate industrial equipment such as scissor lifts safely for access during maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements in machinery performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to HVAC/R systems, welding (including welding standards), and high-voltage electrical work.
- Assist in training team members on maintenance procedures and safety protocols to promote a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an industrial mechanic within a manufacturing facility or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC/R, and electrical diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and engineering troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Ability to read electrical blueprints and technical schematics accurately.
- Skilled in welding techniques including welding; certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Experience working with low voltage and high voltage electrical systems safely.
- Knowledge of industrial electrician practices and troubleshooting pneumatic systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent analysis skills combined with customer service orientation when working directly with clients or internal teams.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts safely and adhere to all safety standards related to industrial maintenance activities.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
