The Senior Project Manager is a mid-level leadership role responsible for managing construction projects from planning through completion, with a strong focus on delivering excellent service and maintaining client satisfaction. This role involves overall project support for multiple small to-medium projects or one large-scale project.
The right person will have a background in electrical projects across either aviation, commercial, or mission critical!
Key Responsibilities
- Support project setup, planning, and execution. Assign tasks to Assistant Project Managers and supervise project activities.
- Establish initial client contact, assess scope, and determine necessary resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare detailed project estimates by reviewing plans, specs, and bid forms.
- Monitor construction activities alongside the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
- Lead preparation and negotiation of change orders and quotations.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and manage financial elements of contracts (billing, equipment rentals, expenses).
- Investigate and resolve project issues while adhering to company policies and safety protocols.
- Guide and review work of Assistant Project Managers; represent the company in project meetings as required.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field preferred
- Required: Minimum of 3 years of construction project management experience involving electrical systems
- Required: Direct experience on Industrial, Commercial, or Low-Voltage projects.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
