Pro Tech Builders is seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to help homeowners, businesses, and property owners with construction and restoration projects throughout our service area.
What We Do
- Custom Deck Construction
- Post-Frame (Pole Barn) Buildings
- Exterior Restoration & Insurance Claims
- Siding, Roofing, Gutters, and Storm Damage Repair
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities
- Meet with property owners to assess project needs
- Prepare estimates and project proposals
- Build relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and referral partners
- Guide customers through the construction or restoration process
- Manage projects from sale through completion
Qualifications
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Construction, restoration, roofing, or remodeling experience preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to build trust and close deals
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based
