Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and help create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests and staff. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying appropriate floor care techniques to maintain their appearance and safety
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness in storage areas, laundry rooms, and supply closets for optimal organization and safety
- Support other housekeeping team members as needed to meet operational goals
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and janitorial equipment enhances efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience with floor care procedures including polishing, stripping, sealing, and buffing is advantageous
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards ensures consistent delivery of exceptional service
- Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus for leadership roles within the team
