The Sales Associate is responsible for exemplary customer service and upkeep of the sales floor.
Duties include the following, but not limited to:
Opening and/or closing duties
Turning on lights, putting out signs, etc.
Complete daily/weekly/monthly lists
Under the direction of the store managers
- Keeping the sales floor:
- Clean (Jewelry & showroom)
- Seasonal displays updated & keeping on a timely display/cleaning schedule
- Jewelry cleaning, tagging, back stocking, etc.
- Social media (working in conjunction with the Marking Coordinator):
- Help answer customer questions on all platforms including email
- Participate in postings and creating content
Keeping our POS updated with sales, customer information, and orders (training on our system will be given)
Greeting Customers and Managing their requests
Follow up with orders
Writing orders for customers (repairs & custom)
Helping customers in-store, over the phone, and/or online (website, email, social media)
Candidate must be able to:
- Have critical thinking skills
- Work in a timely and organized manger
- Work well with a small staff of peers
- Must have Weekend and Holiday availability
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.50 - $11.00 per hour
