Now Hiring: Armed Security Officer – Movie Theatre
We are seeking a professional and dependable Armed Security Officer to join our team at a local movie theatre. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, observant, and committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Schedule:
- Tuesdays: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- Fridays: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- Saturdays: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- Sundays: 1:00 PM until closing
Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible security presence throughout the theatre.
- Patrol the property and monitor entrances, exits, and common areas.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally.
- Enforce theatre policies while delivering excellent customer service.
- Complete incident reports as needed and communicate effectively with management.
Requirements:
- Valid Armed Security License (as required by state law).
- Current firearms qualification.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience is preferred but not required.
