PPL Motor Homes is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Parts Customer Service and Cashier to join our Parts and Service team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, working with a team, and learning about RV parts and accessories. In this role, you will be one of the first people customers meet when they visit our Parts Department, so a positive attitude and great customer service are key.
PPL Motor Homes is the largest RV consignment dealer in the United States. Since 1972, we have helped thousands of customers buy and sell RVs while supporting the RV lifestyle through our Parts Superstore and Service Department. Our team is knowledgeable, helpful, and committed to making every customer experience a great one.
As a Parts Customer Service and Cashier, you will help customers complete purchases, answer basic questions, support the Parts team, and keep the checkout area running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:

Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service.

Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.

Answer customer questions about parts, pricing, availability, and general information.

Direct customers to the right Parts team member when additional assistance is needed.

Provide accurate receipts and assist with returns or exchanges according to company policy.

Balance and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.

Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and professional.

Assist with stocking shelves, product displays, and basic inventory support.

Stay informed about current promotions, new products, and pricing updates.

Work closely with the Parts team to provide a smooth and positive customer experience.
The right person for this role is friendly, accurate, dependable, and comfortable working with customers in a busy environment.
Ideal candidates will have:

Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred.

Experience with RV, automotive, marine, or parts environments is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, especially when handling payments.

Good communication and people skills.

Basic computer skills and experience using a point-of-sale system preferred.

Ability to stay calm, professional, and helpful when handling customer questions or concerns.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn about RV parts and accessories.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver’s license required.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and assist with stocking items as needed.
