Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate and become the friendly face of a fast growing company! Our Sales Associates are responsible for delivering an exceptional, high-energy guest experience while driving membership sales and studio growth. This role combines relationship-based sales, front desk operations, and daily studio support to ensure every client visit is seamless, clean, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and connect with every client to create a welcoming, elevated experience
- Guide first-time guests through their session and set them up for success
- Drive membership sales through personalized conversations and closing techniques
- Follow up with leads, past clients, and prospective members to increase conversions
- Maintain accurate booking, client notes, and membership details in the system
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and operating at the highest standard
- Complete suite turnovers, laundry, and restocking throughout shifts
- Support team goals by contributing to a positive, motivated studio environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (cleaning, laundry, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
