San Juan Regional Kidney Care, LLC is seeking a full-time RN for a Dialysis Clinic in Farmington, New Mexico
-Responsibilities:
- A strong knowledge of home dialysis procedures and protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their overall condition.
- Perform venipuncture and administer dialysis treatments.
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, medications, and lifestyle changes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Utilize electronic medical record systems such as Clarity/Visonex for documentation and communication.
The ability to work well in a team environment.

- Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico.
