We are currently seeking a Health Support Specialist to join our Tampa team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and building long-term professional skills. No prior industry experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients
- Assist clients with understanding Life and Health Insurance plans
- Provide support throughout the client onboarding and enrollment process
- Conduct follow-up appointments and account reviews
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Build and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills

Pay: $73,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
