Job Title: Door-to-Door Canvassing Team – Team Lead & Lead Generator Opportunities
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Part-time to full-time availability
Pay: Performance-based / paid per qualified lead generated
We are building a door-to-door canvassing team in the Fort Worth area to help connect local families with a licensed life insurance agent.
This is a lead-generation campaign only. The canvassing team will not sell insurance at the door. Insurance quotes, policy recommendations, applications, and sales conversations will be handled only by a licensed insurance professional.
We are looking for motivated, dependable people who are comfortable walking neighborhoods, speaking with residents, following an approved script, and helping identify people who are interested in receiving a life insurance quote.
We are currently considering candidates for both team lead and individual canvasser opportunities.
The Team Lead / Field Manager role is for someone who is comfortable helping organize field activity, supporting canvassers, coordinating routes, tracking results, and keeping the team accountable.
The Door-to-Door Canvasser / Lead Generator role is for someone who is comfortable knocking doors, starting friendly conversations, collecting basic contact information from interested residents, and helping connect those residents with the licensed agent.
