Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking Team Members to join our Jack in the Box team. As a Team Member, you will play an important role in delivering great food, excellent customer service, and a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, being part of a team, and helping customers have a positive experience every time they visit.
Responsibilities
Team Members may be responsible for:
- Greeting customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Taking customer orders accurately at the front counter and/or drive-thru
- Preparing food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintaining cleanliness in the dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and work areas
- Following food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Handling cash, card payments, and register transactions accurately
- Restocking supplies and keeping stations organized
- Working together with managers , team leaders, and team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Providing fast, accurate, and friendly service during busy periods
- Following all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, fast food, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, bend, reach, and move as needed during the shift
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ years old for the position
