Manhattan Christian Academy seeks an experienced teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate demonstrates Christ-like character, is passionate about Christian education, and faithfully carries out the responsibilities of teaching while supporting the school's mission and biblical worldview.
Evaluation: Teacher performance will be evaluated through formal and informal observations conducted by administration and instructional leaders in accordance with the evaluation process outlined in the Manhattan Christian Academy Faculty Handbook.

Qualifications
Candidates must:
- Have a personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
- Be an active member of an evangelical Christian church.
- Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) an ACSI Teaching Certificate (preferred).
- Have two or more years of classroom teaching experience (preferred).
- Demonstrate effective instructional skills appropriate for the assigned grade level.
- Possess basic computer proficiency and familiarity with classroom technology (interactive whiteboards, document cameras, etc.).
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and continued learning.
- Affirm and actively support MCA's Statement of Faith and sign and live according to the school's Lifestyle Statement as a condition of employment.
