Experienced Barista
We are opening a new specialty coffee shop and are looking for an experienced, friendly, and
dependable barista to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional coffee and
providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte, Spanish latte, macchiato, mocha, matcha, and
other specialty beverages.
- Steam and texture milk with consistency (latte art is a plus).
- Operate and maintain commercial espresso equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred.
- Experience with commercial espresso machines.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Passion for coffee and hospitality.
Compensation
