Key Responsibilities:
● Operational Excellence: Ensure all restaurant operations are executed smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
● Staff Coordination: Manage scheduling, training, and development of staff to optimize productivity and service quality.
● Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and cost control to ensure adequate supplies and efficient use of resources.
● Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular audits and training sessions.
● Customer Experience: Monitor and address customer feedback, ensuring a positive dining experience and prompt resolution of any issues.
● Performance Metrics: Track and analyze operational performance metrics, implementing improvements as necessary to achieve goals.
● Hands-On Leadership: Spend 75%-90% of your time in the kitchen, working side by side with your team to achieve excellence.
● Lead Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both team members and customers.
● Team Development: Coach and develop MANAGERS and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
● Efficient Management: Maintain a consistent schedule, starting at 5:30 am and ensuring all closing tasks are completed by 3:30 pm.

● Full-Time Employment: Stable, full-time positions with competitive pay ranging from $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year. (Based on a 50-55 hour work week)
