Job Overview
FEM Women’s Health is seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our team at our Hollywood/Cooper City Infusion Center in Broward County. This is a full-time, in-person position.
The employee will be scheduled Tuesday through Saturday and will work on-site at the infusion center. This role is patient-facing and will focus on supporting daily front desk operations, greeting and assisting patients, answering phone calls, managing patient flow, and helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, remain organized in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and support the daily operations of a growing infusion center.
Schedule
This is a full-time, in-person position. The expected schedule includes:
- Tuesday through Saturday
- Clinic hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Duties
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and payment collection
- Support patient scheduling, confirmation calls, and follow-up communication
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information
- Assist with patient flow throughout the clinic day
- Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Utilize phone systems and EMR/eClinicalWorks to manage patient flow and communication
- Complete additional administrative duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Customer service–focused with a positive, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a busy, patient-facing environment
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn and use multiple systems
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in a medical office front desk role preferred
