Job Title: Concrete Foreman (Commercial & Industrial Construction)

Harbinger Construction is seeking a high-performing Concrete Foreman to lead commercial concrete operations. This role is for a hands-on leader who takes ownership of production, drives quality, and builds strong crews that consistently deliver top-tier results.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations for commercial concrete projects
- Plan and execute work for foundations, slabs-on-grade, structural, and site concrete
- Work alongside your crew to perform daily work tasks
- Supervise crews and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and layout
- Manage manpower, production goals, and daily reporting
- Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other trades
- Maintain quality control and prevent rework
- Keep jobsite clean, organized, and professional
- Overnight travel within a 3 hour radius of Wichita, Hotel Rooms provided and nightly per diem paid each week. If project schedule allows we try to work 4 – 10 hour shifts on any out of town work.
- For projects within an hour and a half from Wichita, travel will typically be down and back same day with overnights limited to early morning placements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial concrete experience, including foreman-level leadership
- Strong knowledge of layout, formwork, reinforcing, and finishing
- Proven ability to manage crews and drive production
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accountability

Compensation & Benefits
- $30.00 – $42.00 per hour, based on experience and skillset
- Quarterly All Team Bonus eligible after 6 months
