We are seeking an entry-level attorney to join our legal team and provide legal counsel as a Family Law Attorney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in litigation and client advocacy. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of family law. As an integral part of our firm, you will support clients through legal challenges, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations and delivering strategic solutions aligned with their goals.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Prepare for trial by organizing case files, developing litigation strategies, and participating in court depositions.
- Provide expert legal counsel specifically in family law
- Represent clients in court proceedings and advocate effectively during hearings.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining meticulous case management records and adhering to procedural laws.
- Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders while fostering strong professional relationships.
Must-have Qualifications
- Experience practicing family law
- Licensed to practice law in Hawaii
- Graduated from an accredited Law school

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
