Assist customers scheduling appointments, answering questions, and bathing, brushing, and drying pets.
This can include, but is not limited to:

Greet customers and receive in pets for appointments

Schedule appointments for grooming

Ensure wellness and safety of pets

Prep dogs for grooming:

Bathing, drying, and brushing
-
Ear cleaning
-
Nail trimming
-
Perform routine cleaning of salon

Assist in shop/self-service area as needed

Perform Retail Cashier duties
-
Work under the direction and guidance of the Groomer and Salon Manager to ensure they are performing duties safely and up to Blain’s and industry standards

Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures

Keep work area neat and orderly
-
Great communication skills
-
Prior Retail/Grooming experience preferred

Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend

Able to pass a background check
