On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver proactive injury prevention, ergonomic assessments, and workplace wellness programs directly at client worksites. This is a non-traditional PT role focused on keeping employees healthy, active, and injury-free—without insurance billing or heavy paperwork.
What You’ll Do
- Provide on-site injury prevention and musculoskeletal health services
- Lead stretching programs, body mechanics training, and movement education
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement practical solutions
- Educate employees on safe work practices and wellness strategies
- Build strong relationships with employees and client leadership

Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
- BLS and CPR certifications (MHFA preferred)
- 2+ years of experience preferred; orthopedic or occupational health background a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
