About the Role
We are a busy printing company looking for reliable Bindery Associates to join our team on a temporary basis. We have a high volume of work over the next several months and need dependable people to help us keep production moving. No prior experience is required — we will train you. This is a great opportunity to learn the printing and bindery trade in a fast-paced production environment. This application is for second shift. Hours are 3pm-12am. Bonuses will be offered and pay is negotiable.
What You'll Do
- Assist with bindery operations
- Box and package finished product
- Prepare product for shipment
- Handle materials and move product throughout the facility
- Work on the production line and support other departments as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and quality standards

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail and consistent quality
- No prior experience necessary — we will teach you everything you need to know
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand and be on your feet for the majority of the shift
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle boxes and skids
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and hand work
