- Lead multiple retail and visual merchandising projects from concept through installation.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client communications.
- Collaborate with designers to develop creative concepts, layouts, 3D renderings, and technical drawings.
- Review and interpret global brand guidelines to ensure accurate implementation.
- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, logistics providers, and installation teams.
- Prepare project briefs, production documentation, and technical specifications.
- Review shop drawings, layouts, dimensions, and construction details before production.
- Source materials and oversee prototypes, samples, finishes, and production quality.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to brand standards.
- Conduct site visits and supervise installations when required.
- Identify potential production challenges and develop practical solutions before they impact timelines.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams throughout each project.
## Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in retail design, visual merchandising, experiential marketing, architecture, interior design, exhibitions, or custom fabrication.
- Strong understanding of retail environments, luxury brand standards, and customer experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, floor plans, layouts, and construction details.
- Experience working with custom fabrication, millwork, displays, fixtures, or experiential environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software is a plus.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings, production supervision, site surveys, and installations.
- Valid driver's license.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
