Role Summary
The Desktop and Mobility Support professional will provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, and related hardware/software. The role includes troubleshooting user issues, device deployment, configuration, and maintaining a smooth end-user computing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems.
- Support iOS and Android mobile devices, including device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, and replacements.
- Support device provisioning, imaging, deployment, and asset management.
- Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, printers, and connectivity.
- Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
- Support remote users through remote access and troubleshooting tools.
- Maintain documentation for support processes and technical issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams to resolve complex issues.
Required Skills
- Experience in Desktop and End-User Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Experience supporting iOS and Android devices.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard enterprise applications.
- Experience with Active Directory, device management, and remote support tools.
- Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and IT asset management.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.
