Job Description
The Receiving & Office Coordinator, like all employees of Bridger Precast, is a core member of the company. This position is responsible for all front office duties, initial customer service, minimal fork lift operations and is also responsible for the cleanliness of the office areas and fitting room. The Receiving & Office Coordinator reports to the Sales Manager who may assign additional duties that need to be accomplished. Hours worked in this position depend on the customer’s needs and vary according to the time of year. The major goal of the Receiving & Office Coordinator is greeting the customer (walk in or via phone) with a smile and directing the customer to the appropriate coworker. Skills will be developed and expanded as industry specific knowledge base is attained. During times the Receiving & Office Coordinator is accomplishing other tasks around or away from the front desk area, they will still need to maintain phone and radio communications to continue to assist customers and staff as needed.
Essential Job Functions
o First point of contact with walk in customers
o Fork Lift operations for smaller items & inventory management
o Writes and fulfills invoices for customers
o Answers and directs phone calls to appropriate personnel
o Treats Customers and coworkers with respect
o Google Docs, Sheets, Excel creation and management
o Basic marketing material creation
o Follow up and tracking of custom job supplies and materials
o Comply with all paperwork procedures
o Invoice entry
o Picking sheet review
o Smile while answering phone calls and interacting with customers in person
o Projects a positive image of the company to the customer

· Work Schedule
This is a construction based employment. Bridger Precast, along with most construction based companies in the area, has a busy and slow season. Bridger Precast’s busy season is during the summer and fall. Days worked in a week during the busy season can be up to 6. This schedule can last multiple weeks or even months, though we try to keep the work hours more manageable for our team. Schedules are flexible, and start and finish times will vary depending on what company needs are.

· Knowledge of how to use basic tools and their uses.

· Must possess the ability to read, write and speak English
Physical Demands
· Lift 50 lbs frequently
· Walking, climbing onto and off of vehicles and equipment
· Climbing, bending and lifting as required in the demonstration of certain job tasks
· Push / Pull as required
Work Environment
· Typical office, shop and or outdoor environment approximately 100% of work week
· Daily exposure to both outdoor and indoor areas which require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, hard hats and boots
Compensation
Wage
· $23 - 27/hr
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
