Position Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and analytically driven IT Manager.
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s global IT infrastructure, systems, and business technology operations. This role leads IT strategy, digital transformation initiatives, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and technical support while ensuring alignment with business goals and operational growth. The position collaborates cross-functionally to implement scalable technology solutions that support research, clinical, and corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and global operations
- Manage IT infrastructure, applications, cloud services, cybersecurity, and support operations
- Oversee IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, disaster recovery plans, and compliance standards
- Support business technology operations across research laboratory and clinical environments
- Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs and implement scalable solutions
- Monitor IT performance metrics and recommend process improvements
- Manage software licensing, vendor relationships, and external IT support providers
- Support remote employees and multi-site IT operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT team members
- Manage departmental budgets, resource planning, and operational performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of IT management experience, preferably within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience leading IT projects and managing cross-functional technology initiatives
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing IT vendors, budgets, and enterprise systems preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Occasional travel may be required
