Job Title: Founding Growth Advisor – AI Automation & Marketing (Commission + Residual Income)

Mavrik Automation Marketing is looking for our first Growth Advisor to help local and national businesses leverage AI, automation, and digital marketing to grow their companies.
This is not a typical sales job.
We're looking for someone who wants to help build something from the ground up. If you're entrepreneurial, love technology, enjoy meeting business owners, and are excited about the future of AI, this could become an incredible long-term opportunity.
This position is primarily commission-based with recurring residual income. A small training salary will be provided during the first 60 days while you learn our systems, products, and sales process.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and build relationships with local businesses and companies across the U.S.
- Educate business owners on AI automation, marketing, and operational efficiency.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, social media, and local events.
- Conduct discovery meetings to identify client needs.
- Work alongside our implementation team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Build long-term relationships that generate recurring monthly income.
- Stay current on AI tools, automation platforms, and digital marketing trends.

Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Marketing or digital marketing experience
- AI or automation platform experience
- CRM experience
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools
Compensation
- Small training salary during the first 60 days.
- Uncapped commission.
- Monthly recurring residual commissions on retained clients.
- Performance bonuses as the company grows.

There is no ceiling on your income. The more clients you bring in and help retain, the larger your recurring monthly income becomes.
Location
This is a local position based in the Friendswood/Houston area. While much of the work can be performed remotely, applicants should live within driving distance, as we expect to establish a local office and value occasional in-person collaboration.

Pay: $61,495.60 - $74,059.21 per year
