We are seeking a talented and energetic Manicurist and Nail Technician to join our dynamic beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and a variety of nail enhancements, while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments, including classic, gel, acrylic, and dip powders with precision and care
- Apply nail enhancements such as extensions, sculpting, and intricate nail art using advanced techniques
- Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail services and color choices based on client preferences and skin tones
- Assist clients with additional beauty services like body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, or barbering as needed
- Upsell retail products such as nail care items or skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and attentive customer service to encourage repeat visits
Experience
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a manicurist or nail technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and enhancement work
- Knowledge of color theory to create harmonious designs that complement individual styles
- Familiarity with sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and safety protocols specific to nail care services
- Experience in retail sales techniques including retail math for upselling products effectively
- Ability to perform additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain services and build rapport with diverse clients
- Prior experience with hair styling or barbering is advantageous but not required

Pay: $600.00 - $1,400.00 per week
