Our growth has led to a new role for an Account Manager to be the first voice our prospective customers hear. Your job is simple: contact new leads fast, build rapport, and book qualified appointments for our sales team. You are not closing deals, you're opening doors. This is a phone-heavy role for someone who is disciplined, competitive, and energized by conversations. The compensation will be base + bonus with total earnings reaching $50-70,000 per year.
What You'll Do
- Lead Response: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers by responding quickly to inbound inquiries through phone, text, and other communication channels. Engage homeowners in conversation, qualify opportunities, and schedule in-home consultation appointments for the sales team while creating a positive first impression.
- Appointment Management: Oversee scheduling pipeline from initial contact through the consultation. Confirm upcoming appointments, re-engage unresponsive leads, and maintain consistent communication to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Performance Execution: Perform outbound calls, text messages, and follow-up activities each day while maintaining professionalism, energy, and attention to detail. Consistently achieve response time, activity, and appointment-setting goals while contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline.
- Team Collaboration & Customer Experience: Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments are properly scheduled, communicated, and prepared for success. Ensure lead statuses, notes, and tasks are updated in real time to support visibility, accountability, and a seamless customer experience. Represent Brytr's values in every interaction by delivering responsive service, building trust with homeowners, and creating an exceptional customer experience from the first touchpoint.
What You Need
- Knowledge: Consistent work history with a proven track record of consistently achieving goals. Prior experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Remote Account Manager, Sales Coordinator, Sales Specialist, or similar role.
- Skills: High-energy and genuinely enjoy talking to people. Independently track numbers and hold yourself accountable. Thrives in a structured, metrics-driven environment. Strong communicator with crews and customers.
- Ability: This role is hybrid and based in Omaha, NE, and requires the ability to attend weekly meetings at our office. The ability to pass a motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.
