We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for talent, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations
- Stay updated on labor market trends and recruitment best practices
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (typically 1–3+ years)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
