The North Carolina Professionals Health Program (NCPHP) is seeking a Field Coordinator for the Greensboro/Winston-Salem/High Point Triad Area to join our experienced team in assisting healthcare providers with substance use disorders, mental health issues, burnout, and other challenges affecting their ability to deliver optimal care. We offer expert screening, monitoring, and referral programs, advocating for participants with their employers, partners, hospitals, insurance panels, and licensing boards. Established in 1988, NCPHP is a private non-profit 501(c)3 corporation that has provided direct and indirect assistance to thousands of medical professionals. PLEASE NOTE THIS JOB REQUIRES WORKING IN THE TRIAD AREA.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
The Field Coordinator is accountable to the CEO and Director of Field Services for the NC Professionals Health Program. This position involves the coordination of monitoring services for physicians and other health professionals. Must be able to provide crisis consultation, assessment and interpret monitoring data such as drug screens from a clinical perspective. Must have the ability to follow through with ongoing case management tasks, and independently track participant progress, getting input and supervision as necessary
Qualifications
Experience: Two years experience in the appropriate clinical setting (e.g., addiction, psychiatric, community mental health and/or addictions); Must possess excellent communication skills, computer skills and ability to work independently and with strong personalities; Substance Use Disorder assessment and treatment knowledge is required and strong personal knowledge of recovery principles is preferable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
