Joseph & Friends Salon & Spa is looking for licensed, experienced hairstylists to join our Roswell and Johns Creek teams.
Established in 1989, Joseph & Friends has been part of the Atlanta beauty community for more than 35 years, with four locations and a strong focus on education, creativity, and exceptional client care.
We’re looking for stylists who are passionate about their career, responsible, professional, and excited to grow — whether you already have an established clientele or are still building your book.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with both commission and booth rental options.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to meet a stylist who:
● Holds a current Georgia cosmetology license
● Has approximately 2+ years of experience behind the chair
● Is confident with haircuts, color, highlights, and styling
● Can perform women’s, men’s, and children’s haircuts
● Has experience with extensions or is interested in continuing their education in extensions
● Provides great consultations and genuinely cares about the client experience
● Is dependable, professional, and follows salon standards and dress code
● Enjoys working as part of a positive team
● Is motivated to build and maintain a clientele
● Is comfortable being active with salon marketing and social media when not servicing clients
Education & Growth
Education is a big part of our salon culture.
Our team has access to ongoing Monday education and training in areas such as:
● Haircutting and styling
● Aveda hair color
● Highlights and advanced color techniques
● Hair extensions
● Social media and marketing
Stylists are welcome to continue participating in our education program as they grow with the salon.

Your Role
Your main responsibility is simple: take great care of your clients.
Provide professional consultations and services, maintain a clean and organized station, follow salon standards, educate clients on home care, and create an experience that makes guests want to come back.
When you’re not with a client, we want you to be proactive — connecting with potential clients, creating or participating in salon content, supporting marketing efforts, continuing your education, and finding ways to grow your book.
