Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitation of various surfaces in clients’ homes
- Handle laundry, bed-making, and general housekeeping duties to maintain a pristine environment
- Conduct floor care activities such as carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance of hardwood or tile floors
- Use proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting of furniture or large items safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests
Requirements
- Have their own Liability Insurance
- Ability to sign a 1099 Independent Contractor Agreement
- Have their own form of transportation
- Have their own cleaning supplies and materials
- At least 1 year of previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or related custodial roles
- Strong skills in cleaning, sanitation, floor care, and laundry
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper technique
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Effective time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled windows
- Knowledge of housekeeper management practices and janitorial procedures is preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift heavy items safely
- Prior experience with carpet cleaning or specialized cleaning equipment is a plus

Pay Rate:
- 50/50 pay rate per job
- Depends on the size of the job and what work needs to be done
