Job description:
We are looking for a food production worker to create and jar our food product. Specifically, the worker will be blending 2 to 4 ingredients, pouring them into a jar, labeling the jar and screwing the top onto the jar.

THIS IS A PART TIME WEEKEND POSITION.
We are a nutraceutical company. Your job will be to prepare and package our flagship product.
Job Responsibilities:
- Weigh/Measure ingredients
- Pour ingredients in blender
- Blend ingredients
- Pour blended product into mason jars
- Label Jars with provided sticker labels.
- Screw top on Jars
- Clean, wash and maintain work areas, including floors, facilities, pots, pans, service ware, utensils, and equipment; collects and places garbage and trash in designated containers; as appropriate to the area of operation.
- Assemble/pack boxes with product.
- Handle hot equipment (with appropriate protection)

*Must be reliable and dependable week in and week out.
*Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
The days and hours necessary are as follows:
- Sunday 5 -10 hours (Production Day) 7am-5pm
- Saturday 3 hours (Preparation Day) 5pm-8pm
Location:
You will report to a commercial food kitchen in Downers Grove.
