Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a current Speech-Language Pathology License for the state of Maryland (MD SLP License required).
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Prior experience in school settings, especially with early intervention or preschool-aged populations, is highly valued.
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff, families, and other specialists.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students as part of an early intervention caseload.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress.
- Provide both direct and consultative services in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all regulatory and district requirements.
