Princeton Medical Lodge is looking for a CNA to join our clinical team in Princeton, TX. This role is built for the professional who values a straightforward work environment and a predictable 12-hour schedule. We focus on providing the supplies and clinical support necessary for you to complete your shifts effectively without unnecessary complications.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay: $18/hour
- Schedule: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am
- Status: Full-Time

Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license in the state of Texas.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Ability to follow clinical care plans precisely.
- Strong communication with nursing staff and residents.
- Reliable attendance and time management.
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long term care facility preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with grooming, bathing, and feeding.
- Monitor resident vitals and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
- Assist with transfers and mobility using proper safety equipment.
- Document care activities accurately in the electronic medical record system.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.

Our building features updated clinical spaces and a layout that supports efficient workflows for our nursing staff. We maintain a professional setting where the focus remains on resident outcomes and team stability.
