Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

- Support children's emotional and behavioral needs through positive guidance and behavior management techniques.
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to create a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and socialization.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred to ensure quick response in emergencies.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a valuable asset.
- Ability to handle toddler care routines such as feeding, diapering, and engaging in play-based learning activities.
- Strong skills in behavior management and classroom experience to foster positive interactions.

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
