Job description:
Job Summary: FundingShield is the industry-leading FinTech infrastructure layer for mortgage risk, compliance, and fraud prevention. We're looking for a Systems Administrator with strong PowerShell expertise and hands-on experience administering Microsoft systems to support the infrastructure behind our platform. This role covers day-to-day administration and automation across Azure, Exchange Online, domain infrastructure, and SQL Server, keeping the systems that power our fraud prevention and risk management solutions running reliably and securely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft systems including Azure, Exchange Online, and domain infrastructure.
- Write and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and system processes.
- Create and run complex SQL Server queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across domain and cloud environments.
- Monitor system health and proactively address issues before they impact operations, the same proactive approach we bring to our clients.
- Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to support infrastructure needs across the organization.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to keep our systems audit-ready.
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience administering Azure, Exchange Online, and domain infrastructure.
- Proficiency with SQL Server, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration beyond Exchange Online.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Basic scripting experience in other languages (Python, Bash).
- Interest in DevOps tools and infrastructure-as-code practices.
