```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Monitor progress and quality of work on-site
- Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily reports
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera, or Prolog
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
