What You Will Do:
Execute High-Volume Surgical Booking: Direct and manage high-volume scheduling pipelines, rapidly transforming provider orders into confirmed surgical dates within the hospital system.
Master Dynamic Provider Calendar Logistics: Actively maintain and optimize complex provider schedules, strategically shifting and re-prioritizing surgery slots to maximize OR efficiency.
Drive Fast-Track Patient Registration: Conduct quick, accurate front-end registrations and clear account entries to guarantee seamless patient intake and prevent care delays.
Command Front-Line Clinic Communications: Manage incoming phone queues and process inbound digital faxes with exceptional speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
Champion an Exceptional Patient Experience: Serve as the energetic, welcoming first point of contact for patients, utilizing a positive attitude to ease pre-surgical anxieties.
What You Will Need:
Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:
Hospital Scheduling Expertise: Proven experience navigating high-velocity scheduling modules and registration workflows within a hospital or large clinical setting.
Medical Terminology Foundation: A solid command of medical and surgical terminology to accurately interpret provider orders and faxed clinical documentation.
High-Energy Professional Drive: A self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes proactive ownership of a moving schedule.
Positive Interpersonal Savvy: Exceptional communication skills and an inherently positive demeanor to collaborate effectively with surgeons, hospital staff, and patients.
Analytical Attention to Detail: High data entry accuracy when registering patient accounts and moving time-sensitive surgical blocks.
