Compensation: $23–26 per hour
Our growing State Farm agency is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist who enjoys helping people and providing exceptional customer service.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and creating a positive customer experience.
Insurance experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with policy questions and account changes
- Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Support agency operations and administrative processes
- Follow up on customer requests and service needs
- Build positive long-term relationships with clients
