Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly check-in experience.
- Handle guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with check-out procedures and process payments as required.
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Strong phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and courteously.
- Previous hotel experience is an advantage, particularly in guest services or hospitality roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
